I've been a Floater Librarian with the Boston Public Library since September 2008, and a chess enthusiast for much longer. My goal is to strengthen relations between the Library and the chess community of the City of Boston by providing a supportive and receptive environment for its players within our branches. This includes the creation of chess clubs, indoctrin...err, teaching new players and hosting chess tournaments. |
