Judge Baker Children's Center in Boston has been selected as one of the 23 organizations to participate in the 17th annual Rodman Ride for Kids on Saturday, September 29th, 2007. For 16 years, the Rodman Ride for Kids has been a great way to gather resources and raise awareness for troubled kids in the Boston area. We are honored to be able to participate in this event for a 2nd year and would like you to be a part of our 2007 Judge Baker cycling team. What is the Rodman Ride for Kids? The Rodman Ride for Kids is an annual bicycling event held each fall. To participate, individuals or groups sign up to help raise money for one of the many beneficiary organizations. The ride is a 25, 50, or 100 mile non-competitive cycling tour that meanders through the towns of southeastern Massachusetts. When bikers have finished the race, all are welcomed to enjoy a delicious barbeque and a fantastic raffle, offering lots of great prizes. To top it off, the Rodman Ride umbrella organization will match 15% of the donations each organization raises, meaning that Judge Baker Children's Center will receive 115% of the donation money raised for our organization!! What is Judge Baker Children's Center?
